Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Requests

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our official communication channels. Please provide the booking details, including the reservation number, name of the traveler, and the reason for cancellation.

Refund Terms

  • More than 30 days before the trip: Full refund minus non-refundable costs (bookings, permits).
  • 15-30 days before the trip: 50% refund, excluding non-refundable costs.
  • Less than 15 days before the trip: No refund.

Cancellation Charges

  • 30+ days: Service fee may apply.
  • 15-30 days: 50% of the total amount is charged.
  • Less than 15 days: 100% of the total amount is charged.

Modifications & Rebooking

  • Modifications are subject to availability and any increase in rates.
  • Rebooking may incur additional charges depending on third-party services.

No-Show

  • No refund for failure to attend the trip.

Force Majeure

  • Refunds for uncontrollable events like natural disasters will be issued where possible, minus non-refundable costs.
